WHAT IS PATIENT EMPATHY?

Patient empathy is work that aims to help physicians and the general public understand the experiences of people with various illnesses or health issues.

My writing helps to give people a better understanding of the experiences of others. While I have worked on a number of patient empathy pieces, I bring empathy to all my writing, whether that’s blog posts, articles, or websites.

The first step to good writing is first understanding. This is why almost all of my writing begins with detailed research, sometimes including interviews and workshops.

MY WORKSHOPS GET TO THE HEART OF YOUR BRAND

Workshops are part of my approach to large writing projects. I sometimes find that entrepreneurs and young businesses don’t always have the complete information I need to jump right into a project.

When this happens, I conduct interactive workshops designed to solidify and extract core company goals and offerings. I use a Design Thinking approach, focusing on areas like user experience, the buyer's journey, core differentiators, sales funnels, and company mission and values.
